JD was born and raised in Norton, Kansas. After graduating from Colby Community College, he returned home and began his insurance career in 2013 as a crop adjuster. JD moved to WaKeeney in 2018 to become an agent and joined Edgewater in 2022. JD is licensed in property, casualty, and crop insurance lines. He enjoys working with the community and puts customer service as his top priority. He enjoys spending his spare time with his girlfriend Hannah and their three kids, Hayden, Daysten, and Arabella, who keep him busy with all of their sports and activities. He also enjoys golfing, BBQ competitions, and spending time outdoors with their two labs.
